So Professor Dr Md Atikur Rahaman built Nexus Arc Global LLC: one platform, five connected services, and a single advisor who stays with you from your first inquiry to citizenship.
Atikur had already crossed borders as a professor, HR leader, researcher, and mentor. In Bangladesh, he had recruited 1,692 employees with only 15% annual turnover, designed performance management systems, automated payroll, and built an ISO-compliant audit culture. In India, he completed a Ph.D. in Management with a dissertation on competency-based recruitment and selection. In China, he taught HRM, Business Communication, and International Business Environment, developed curriculum to international standards, integrated e-learning, and mentored students and faculty. In research, he had produced 100+ peer-reviewed articles, earned 3,300+ citations, and supervised 5+ doctoral students.
